If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
Description of Service
Commenty provides an AI-powered LinkedIn commenting tool that generates context-aware comment suggestions based on your writing style and the content of LinkedIn posts. Our service is intended for individual professionals seeking to engage more authentically on LinkedIn. We do not auto-post on your behalf — all actions require your explicit approval.
Account Registration
To use Commenty, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Commenty only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others. You may not use our service to generate spam, misleading content, or content that violates LinkedIn's Terms of Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.
Subscription and Billing
Commenty offers both free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
Intellectual Property
Commenty and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Commenty and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The AI-generated comment suggestions are provided for your personal use and may not be resold or redistributed.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Commenty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
